What inspires you?

I draw inspiration from the vibrant blooms on my kitchen table and the vintage treasures in my closet. My love for all things vintage—whether it's classic Dior, my mother’s jewellery, the books piling up on my nightstand, the quirky sunglasses from a Greenwich Village holiday with friends, or my collection of cocktail glasses and second hand purses — it all infuses every aspect of my creative process.

What's your favourite vintage classic?

Each scarf begins as a hand-painted design, evolving into a wearable piece of art, crafted and printed on the finest ethically sourced silk and hand finished in France. My work is produced in limited quantities and each tells a story: of of identity, heritage, and self-expression, encouraging you to embrace your authentic self and redefine beauty on your own terms.

How it all started

For me it is all about connection. For over 25 years, I have had a penpal. My film professor from California and I have exchanged letters, a tradition that has transcended multiple countries and thousands of miles. Our correspondence is a testament to the enduring power of friendship that spans years and distance, represented by art and words, not an email or social media post. I love the ritual of writing; in a world that is increasingly digital, taking the time to write to each other is a very human act.

I also love that my stationery transforms a message into a keepsake. It is so beautiful that it becomes a tangible expression of how we feel about the person we share it with, bringing us closer to the people around us.

For the Love of Art

My stationery is more than just a card. It’s a canvas for art lovers and connoisseurs of fine writing.

Each card is hand-painted on Cartiere Medioevalis Fabriano paper, a heavyweight, mould-made paper with a heritage of excellence dating back to 1904. Its wonderful texture and subtle ivory tone provide the perfect foundation for those who appreciate the finer details and the pleasure of writing.
