Why do we need it?
Buy Women Built is a movement to mobilise people to buy from female-founded businesses by showcasing who they are and why buying from them is our quickest path to a stronger, fairer economy.
When you buy women-built, you not only support the incredible brands we already have, but also help the next generation dream bigger. And the bigger girls dream, the stronger and fairer our country will be.
If we choose to buy more women-built brands, we’ll end up with more female entrepreneurs. That’s great for the economy.

My Journey to Buy Women Built
I started out as a multi-award winning comms professional, but was always an artist. I founded two consulting agencies and have worked for 25 years with tech start ups, branding, PR, art and climate advocacy. Over the past year, I have:

Designed award-winning creative campaigns
Got a coach. Best decision ever.
Took the summer off, second best decision ever
Launched my new brand, Kathy Kyle Studio
Advised clients, mentored young entrepreneurs and start ups
Inspired my children to be artists and paint with them, every day
In typical working-parent-entrepreneur fashion, I’ve launched the brand whilst managing my consultancies, painting, sending orders, doing the school run, after school clubs, and perfecting turkey meatballs for dinner.
